For years, UGA has been offering career services for recent grads, but the current structure of alumni career services was formalized in 2005 and based out of the Atlanta Alumni Center to accommodate the 50,000+ alumni residing in metro Atlanta. The inaugural Alumni Career Fair took place in June 2006, and we continue to build new partnerships and provide new resources including CareerBeam, InterviewStream, and more.
 Nicole Lechene started at the UGA Career Center in 2003 as a liaison to the Terry College of Business and became the Associate Director of Alumni Career Services in 2006. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Business and Public Relations at The Pennsylvania State University. Her Master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education was completed at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
