General Information: The Career Center Library is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm and is located in Room 258 of Clark Howell Hall. The Career Center Library contains hundreds of helpful books, newspapers, magazines and video career resources. Additionally, several computers are available for taking self-assessment "career tests", as well as for other career-related usage.
Resource Information: The resources include materials on such topics as choosing and using different majors, descriptions of different careers, resume and cover letter writing, interview techniques, salary negotiation, job search strategies, internships, graduate school selection, information for special populations and much, much more! A small TV/VCR with headphones is also available for the viewing of the library's many videos.
Policy Information: To ensure that all of the career resources are available to students when they need them, the resources may not be checked out. However, a copier is available for students' convenience to copy resources on a limited basis. There is a 5 cent charge per page to help defray the copier operating costs.
